At Design Peek Ltd., we are committed to ethical business practices, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship.

This Supplier Code of Conduct defines the minimum standards of behavior that we expect from all suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners who engage with us. Compliance with this Code is a mandatory condition of doing business with Design Peek Ltd.

Labor and Human Rights

We uphold internationally recognized human rights standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions

Freely Chosen Employment

Employment must be voluntary; no forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labor is allowed, and workers cannot be required to surrender identity documents or pay recruitment fees.

No Child Labor

Workers must be at least 15 years old or above the legal minimum age, and those under 18 must not perform hazardous work.

Working Hours

Work hours, rest periods, and overtime must comply with local laws; overtime must be voluntary and fairly compensated.

Fair Wages and Benefits

Wages must meet legal minimums, be paid in full and on time, and include all entitled benefits.

Non-Discrimination and Humane Treatment

All workers must be treated with respect, free from discrimination, harassment, abuse, or coercion.

Freedom of Association

Workers have the right to freely form and join trade unions and to collectively bargain.

Health and Safety

Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy workplace, minimizing the risk of accidents, injuries, and exposure to health hazards.

Workplace Safety
Identify and eliminate potential hazards while providing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at no cost.
Emergency Preparedness
Clear and accessible emergency exits, alarm systems, evacuation procedures, and fire drills must be in place.
Sanitation and Accommodation
Access to clean drinking water, sanitary toilet facilities, adequate ventilation, and safe accommodation (if provided) must be guaranteed.
Health and Safety Training
Regular training sessions must be conducted for all employees.

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers must actively work to minimize their environmental impact by complying with all applicable laws, implementing environmental management systems, managing waste and resources responsibly, and ensuring safe handling of chemicals.

Anti-Corruption and Bribery

Suppliers must not engage in bribery, corruption, extortion, or embezzlement in any form.

Suppliers must protect sensitive business information and personal data.

Intellectual Property Rights

Suppliers must respect intellectual property and not infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or patents.

Compliance and Monitoring

Right to Audit

Design Peek Ltd. reserves the right to conduct audits, inspections, or assessments—announced or unannounced—to verify compliance.

Corrective Action Plan (CAP)

Any identified non-compliance must be resolved through a mutually agreed Corrective Action Plan within a reasonable timeframe.

Continuous Improvement

Suppliers are encouraged to proactively improve practices to meet and exceed compliance expectations.

Business Relationship Termination

Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination of the business relationship.
