Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Assist customers with order placements, refunds, returns, and product information.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Previous customer support experience preferred.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.

2. Graphic Designer (E-commerce Focus)

- Design banners, product images, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain visual brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Edit product photography for the online store.
- Create and update content for email newsletters and advertisements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (especially for eCommerce or fashion brands is a plus).
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
